This display requires three (3) AAA batteries (not included), and the AcuRite Iris 5-in-1 Weather Sensor requires four (4) AAA batteries (not included).

The Remote Battery Pack for AcuRite 5-in-1 Weather Sensors lets you easily change the batteries in your sensor from a convenient ground-level location. The Battery Pack clips into the sensor's battery compartment and features 30 feet of power cord, leading to a Remote Battery Pack where the batteries are kept in a weather-resistant compartment. Perfect for sensor installations in hard-to-reach places, such as on a rooftop or atop a tall pole.
