If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and include all components and manuals.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all sensors, mounting hardware, and displays are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
